Please note that electricity used is payable prior to your departure from the villa.  The meter will be read on your arrival and departure.  Cost is approx 0.25 lira per unit. (subject to change)

We request a security deposit of £100 in the form of a cheque which will be returned to you on your return home uncashed unless necessary. 

WE DO NOT INCREASE THE COST FOR BANK HOLIDAYS OR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
