Restaurants in both Belek and Kadriye were extremely good value. The food is delicious and in both towns there is a good choice of traditional turkish cuisine and european style food if you prefer. The night life is slightly better in Kadriye but you will not find the loud discos and pubs that there is in European resorts or even in other Turkish holiday resorts such as Bodrum or Marmaris. This resort is extremely favourable for families and couples.

There are so many sports and activities available that there are too many to list here. There is everything from water skiing, jet skis, Para sailing, boating, fishing to horse riding, paint balling, football, tennis, walking, cycling, almost anything you could think of. Even in the winter months you can go skiing in the Toros Mountains only an hour and a half away, from december through to April. Almost forgot to mention the GOLF. The Belek/Kadriye area has six high standard golf courses and more are planned in the next few years. The courses are at least as good as the best european ones in Spain and Portugal. Most people have never tried them yet, the ones that have love them and return year after year. Many are converts from the usual haunts of Portugal and can combine a fantastic family holiday with a few days on the golf course and everyone is happy!

The excursions that are available in Belek and Kadriye and fantastic value for money. Most day trips include lunch for no extra charge. You can go on Jeep Safari, have a trip into the mountains, a day at a water park. Even a couple of days into the centre of Turkey to visit Pammukale or Capadocia with hotel accomodation thrown in for less than £40! Where else can you get that!

The museums and historical sites that are available in this area are second to none! If you take some time to listen to the guides it is so fascinating. It makes you want to find out even more. There are so many ancient ruins that if you are into visiting these places you can spend your whole holiday just looking at these. Cannot be missed!
